By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the monthly fee.

All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing cycle.

9. No Guarantee of App Functionality & Availability

The Prepper APP is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the app will be:

Available 24/7 without downtime.

Free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities.

Accurate and up to date in real-time emergency situations.

We are not responsible for any harm, loss, or injury caused by technical failures, outages, or unavailable features during an emergency.

10. Third-Party Content & Links Disclaimer

The Prepper APP may contain links, recommendations, or references to third-party websites, products, or services. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or safety of third-party content.

You acknowledge that:

External websites and vendors are responsible for their own services.
We are not liable for any purchases, advice, or actions taken based on third-party content.
Government survival resources, prepping blogs, or gear reviews may not be accurate or up to date.

11. Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Prepper APP, its owners, affiliates, partners, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of The Prepper APP.

Your failure to follow official emergency guidance.

Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Any claims from third parties related to your use of the app.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of The Prepper APP will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.

Dispute Resolution Clause:

If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting info@theprepperapp.com.

If the dispute cannot be resolved, you agree to binding arbitration in Amsterdam.

You waive your right to a trial by jury, and arbitration will be the exclusive means of resolving disputes.

13. Termination or Suspension of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to The Prepper APP at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in:

Harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior.

Any actions that damage, disable, or impair the app’s functionality.

If your account is terminated, you will lose access to any paid features, and we are not obligated to provide a refund.

14. App Updates & Changes

We may update or modify The Prepper APP at any time to improve functionality, add new features, or make necessary changes. By continuing to use the app after such updates, you agree to these modifications.

We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by these updates or changes.

15. Apple’s Required EULA Additions

Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Aimentors, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for The Prepper APP or its content.

Scope of License: This license is non-transferable and applies only to Apple-branded devices owned or controlled by you. The app may be accessed via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

Maintenance & Support: Aimentors is solely responsible for maintaining and supporting The Prepper APP. Apple has no obligation to provide support.

Warranty: If The Prepper APP fails to conform to any applicable warranty, Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no further warranty obligations.

Product Claims: Aimentors, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims related to The Prepper APP, including product liability and compliance with legal regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights: If a third party claims that The Prepper APP infringes intellectual property rights, Aimentors is responsible for handling the claim.

Legal Compliance: You confirm that you are not in a U.S.-sanctioned country or on a U.S. government restricted list.

Third-Party Terms: You must comply with third-party agreements when using The Prepper APP, such as mobile data providers’ terms.

Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it.
